for a City Council work session on
McKinney's new Development Code,
Tuesday, September 6 at 3PM.
During this session, City staff will present an update to the City Council on McKinney’s proposed new Development Code.
The development code update has focused on making the City’s development regulations easier to use, more competitive in the local and national development market, and representative of the community's goals as described in the Comprehensive Plan.
The presentation will provide an update on the public outreach and engagement efforts, give an overview of the latest draft of the code, and lay out the transition strategy for the adoption and implementation of the new development code.
